What we do

Campaigns that sound like a recommendation from a training partner.

We're a network, so one booking can cover podcasts and newsletters across running, triathlon, cycling and nutrition. We pick the hosts whose audience fits your product, and you deal with one person for all of them.

Host-read podcast ads

The host tells listeners about your product in their own words. Our best results come from products the hosts use themselves.

Network bundles

Run one message across several shows and newsletters at once. Pick a group (road, trail, triathlon or nutrition) and size it to your budget.

Host newsletters

499K subscribers across our hosts' newsletters. Put your offer in front of readers on their own, or alongside the podcast read.

Social & events

Host-made social video you can boost with paid, and in-person activations at races from Boulderthon to big-city marathons.

Audience

Adults 25 to 54, more than half of them women.

Most listen from the US. They come for training advice, race stories and fuelling tips from people who live the sport.

About us

Built by a runner who has sat on both sides of the deal.

Jonathan Levitt started the For The Long Run podcast in 2019 and spent a decade at InsideTracker, working where bloodwork, biomarker science and athlete performance meet. He saw too many sponsorships that paid well but didn't fit, and too many creators who didn't know how to structure a deal. So he brought the best endurance voices together under one roof, with one point of contact for brands. He still hosts two shows, and his favourite part is meeting listeners at races.
